You learned your way around the menus, but be warned that using the mouse too much might not be good for you; you should try to learn as many keybindings as possible. This also enables you to work more fluently and quickly.

Please review the section "Buffers, Windows, and Frames" whenever you have doubts about what is what in the subsequent hours.

You also learned the concept of major modes and minor modes. Before you know it, you will want all your other applications to work this way too.
